The only way to download free legal forms from Texas is go to their state's website www.state.tx.us search for it and print it out yourself. I did a quick search but wasn't able to find it maybe you'll have better luck. I don't like to download the forms off the state website because their way too complex.

I would use LegalFormsBank.Biz for a texas power of attorney. Their forms come with instructions, which makes everything nice and simple just how I like it.
